When you open up the Fitness app for the first time, you'll find 3 different tabs designed to transform your lifestyle.
Workout Scheduler I'll add workouts to your calendar and you can do them anywhere at anytime and if you miss that day you can go back the to that workout the next day and do it.
Client Dashboard Once you open up the app you will see areas to find your progress, personal bests, body stats, and progress photos.
Workout Once you click on your workout for the day it will show you exactly what to do and how to perform it. For some workouts you will be able to press the green track button and it will take you through the whole workout.
Training/Nutrition Plan All of your workouts plus your target calories and recommended amounts of essential nutrients for the goals you set.
Nutrtion Summary Once you've discovered your nutrition targets, this section will give you an overall breakdown of those targarts and show you your consistency.
Personal Bests The app will recognize when you have completed an exercise and imporved on it. It will keep track of everything you've done and let you know when you have done better at an exercise!
